By placing an order on mittiva.com you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short and in plain language.

1. Products & claims

Mittiva Shuddh Multani Mitti is a natural cosmetic product for external use. It is not a medicine and results vary from person to person. Patch-test before first use; discontinue if irritation occurs. For persistent skin conditions, consult a dermatologist.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of all taxes, with free shipping. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Displayed "MRP/value" comparisons reflect our standard non-promotional pricing of the individual items.

3. Subscribe & Save (recurring payments)

• Subscribing authorises recurring charges at your chosen frequency (every 4 or 8 weeks) via Razorpay's UPI AutoPay or card mandate, at the discounted per-delivery price shown at checkout.
• You are notified before each charge as per your bank/UPI app's mandate process.
• You may pause, skip, change frequency or cancel anytime — email or WhatsApp us; changes take effect before your next billing cycle when requested at least 48 hours prior.
• Cancellation stops all future charges. Already-dispatched deliveries follow the normal refund policy.

4. Delivery

Orders dispatch within 24 hours (Mon–Sat) and typically arrive in 4–7 working days anywhere in India. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or place fraudulent orders. We may cancel orders we reasonably suspect are fraudulent, with a full refund of any amount paid.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Kalyan, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
