This policy explains what information Mittiva ("we", "us") collects when you use mittiva.com, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, phone number, delivery address, and the items you buy — needed to fulfil and support your order.
• Payment data: processed entirely by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking credentials. We receive only a payment reference and status.
• Subscription mandates: for Subscribe & Save, Razorpay manages your UPI AutoPay/card mandate. We store your plan, frequency and consent timestamp.
• Usage data: standard analytics and advertising cookies/pixels (e.g. Meta Pixel) that help us measure ads and improve the site. Attribution parameters (like utm tags) may be stored in your browser for up to 30 days.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders and subscriptions
• To send order updates by email/SMS/WhatsApp
• To measure and improve our marketing (aggregated, non-identifying where possible)

What we never do

We never sell your personal data, and we never store payment credentials on our servers.

Data retention & your rights

Order records are kept as required for accounting and warranty purposes. You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion (where legally permissible) by emailing care@mittiva.com from your registered email.

Cookies

You can block cookies in your browser; the shop and checkout will still work, though your cart may not persist between visits.
