Refund & Return Policy

We'd rather refund you than have you keep something that isn't working. Two layers of protection:

1. The 14-Day "See The Glow" Guarantee

Use Mittiva twice a week for 14 days from delivery. If your skin doesn't look and feel visibly cleaner, fresher and calmer, email care@mittiva.com with your order ID within 30 days of delivery.

• No returns needed — keep or gift the jar
• Full refund of the product price to your original payment method
• Processed within 5–7 working days of approval

2. 30-Day Returns

Changed your mind? Unopened, sealed packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us for a pickup/return address; refund is issued after the item reaches us in original condition.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo within 48 hours of delivery — we'll ship a free replacement immediately or refund in full, your choice.

Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime — future charges stop immediately.
• The guarantee and return window apply to each delivery separately.
• If a renewal charge was made but you meant to cancel, tell us within 7 days of the charge and before dispatch — we'll refund it in full.

How refunds are paid

Always to the original payment method via Razorpay. Banks typically post the credit in 5–7 working days after we initiate it.
