Free shipping, everywhere in India

Every Mittiva order ships free — no minimums, no hidden courier fees. We currently ship within India only.

Timelines

• Dispatch: within 24 hours of payment (Mon–Sat; orders after 2pm may roll to the next working day)
• Delivery: 4–7 working days for most PIN codes; remote areas may take 2–3 days longer
• Tracking: link sent by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order leaves us

Subscription deliveries

Subscribe & Save boxes are charged and dispatched on your cycle date (every 4 or 8 weeks from your first order) with the same free, priority shipping. You'll get a reminder before each charge — pause or skip anytime up to 48 hours before the cycle date.

Address changes

Need to change the address on an order that hasn't shipped, or on your subscription? Email/WhatsApp us — takes a minute.

Payments

We're a prepaid store (UPI, cards, netbanking via Razorpay) — this keeps prices lower than COD-inflated stores and speeds up dispatch. Every payment is protected by our refund policy.
